Stairs

Please be adviced that R.W.Z. Inc. will warranty all our manufactured stairs for one (1) year from the delivery date. If R.W.Z. is at fault for damage, repair will be made in a timely manner. R.W.Z. Inc. is not responsible for any repairs needed to the stairs as a result of poor installation or for damage to stairs as a result of stairs being exposed to poor weather conditions after delivery by R.W.Z Inc.

Rails

R.W.Z. Inc. will warranty all our railing for one (1) year from date of installation. R.W.Z. Inc. is not responsible for damage to railing caused by others after railing is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. Any damage after the completion can be repaired by R.W.Z. Inc but will be an additional charge .
